Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent                  
that the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL                   
NO. 91 An Act relating to enforcement of subsistence hunting and               
fishing laws; and repealing the authority of the commissioner of fish          
and game to assist in the enforcement of federal laws and regulations          
pertaining to fish and game. Without objection, the bill was referred          
to the Rules Committee.
